More about Marilyn
Marilyn hails from Southern New Jersey. Training to become a paralegal after high school led her to become an assistant to an attorney who specialized in real estate in the Philadelphia area. Marilyn became exceptionally proficient in the use of computer technology systems to streamline transactions and workflow as well as gaining tremendous experience working with real estate.
She subsequently went to work as an office manager, paralegal and systems administrator for the legal department of regional Philadelphia area bank where her computer technology and systems management skills were expanded along with her real estate experience.
In 1997, Marilyn and her husband Joe made their adventure west. Upon settling in Park City, Marilyn became the office manager and contracts administrator for a leading boutique real estate company in Park City. Following the Winter Olympics in 2002, she reestablished herself as a residential real estate professional. She found great enjoyment working with both buyers and sellers, helping to make their real estate experience/transactions uncomplicated and stress free. In 2017 Marilyn accepted the position of MLS Director for the Park City Board of Realtors, helping to maintain and continue to improve Park City s superior MLS system. However, in 2019, her love of working with clients and creating stress free real estate transactions won out and she returned to the real estate sales world as an Advisor with Engel & Voelkers in 2019.
When Marilyn is not on her computer GPS tracking her husband, Joe's errant golf balls, car keys and cell phone; she is either reading the latest novels, playing golf or tennis or enjoying Park City's vast trail system with her two Golden Retrievers.

More about Darrick
I am a second generation local and a graduate of Park City High School. I am a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Following college graduation, I pursued post graduate studies in London. These studies included an internship with Sotheby s in London followed by participation and consulting in the art business. As a past board member of the Kimball Art Center and activities with Utah art societies and the University of Utah Museum of Fine Arts, I enjoy sharing my interest in the arts with many of my clients.

My wife Vanette and I have four sons high school age to post college (medical school). With family participation in football, basketball, lacrosse, rugby, golf, fencing and skiing and 18 years of volunteer coaching experience at all levels, I know the local opportunities available for youth sports. Many other community, school and recreational activities have given my wife and I broad experience and connections to the volunteer network that does so much for our community s quality of life. This has been a major benefit for my clients who are new arrivals to Park City, especially those with active children.

After being a partner in Scandia Construction with my brother Tom, I began my real estate career in 1997. I have enjoyed great success in helping clients in farm and ranch properties, developers with entitlements, water problems, and planning for major projects and as a project listing agent. My focus for the past several years has been golf/ski communities. I ve watched these communities grow up here in good times and not so good times and I m excited for what I believe is a very bright future. Together with my partner Joe Trabaccone and our top-notch support team, we pride ourselves on providing unique services for buyers and sellers. Our services are based on in-depth product knowledge and the ability to impartially compare the strengths and weaknesses of competing communities. Our goal is to always pursue the
